Bomb Blast In Jammu: 2 Explosions Rock Air Force Operated Area In Jammu Airport, 27 June

There have been 2 explosions that have taken place which has happened in the high-security zone which is of the station of Air Force and this has taken place in Jammu which has happened in the wee hours on Sunday, a major security breach has taken place as two of the explosions which caused some nuisance at the security area of the Air Force station and this has happened in the intervening night which has taken place in 26-27. It has been stated by one of the defense PRO that there has been no damage when you talk about the equipment and no lives have been affected.

These explosions have taken place in the span of 5 minutes and this has happened in the early hours of the morning, the first blast was the reason for a roof getting tarnished which happened at 1:37 am and the second blast that took place was on a ground surface which happened at 1:42 am.

Indian Air Force has tweeted on their official Twitter handle that they have been reported that there have been 2 low-intensity explosions which have happened in the early morning on Sunday and this has taken place in the technical area in one of the Air Force Stations in Jammu, it has been further stated in the tweet that there has been minor damage to one of the roofs of the building and the other explosion was in the open area, they have stated that there has been no damage to any of the equipment and they have further stated that that the investigation is being initiated with the civil agencies.

The whole area was contained by the security forces within a few minutes, forensic teams and police have reached the location as to know the reason behind these two explosions and there has been a search operation that has started in the area and the terror angle is still pretty much intact as the situation is not the best at this point in time and it should be looked upon with considering every angle.

An FIR has been registered by the police which is according to section 16,18 of the UAPA which is under the explosion act and now it has been stated that the act is being assumed as a terror activity and it has been told by the sources that the NIA team and bomb data team at NSG are going to the Air Force Station.
